JEFFREY ENGEN, FOUNDER/CEO
Jeff has extensive knowledge in Risk Management and Threat Mitigation. He also is an expert in surveillance, counter surveillance, using advanced AI cameras, weapon/explosive detection systems, armoring window/doors, designing and manufacturing armored vehicles, and utilizing various types of non lethal weapons systems to mitigate and apprehend criminals in the commission of crimes without causing significant injuries.
Jeff began his Law Enforcement career at age 20 as a Reserve Police Officer while still attending a University in California. He worked as a Tactical Instructor at the Ventura County Sheriffs Department Reserve Academy for 2 years during that period. Jeff was retained by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) at the age 22 after earning a BS Degree in the Administration of Justice.
Jeff worked a variety of assignments at the LAPD including Patrol, numerous specialized units, but spent most of his time working on the FBI Fugitive task force. This was a joint task force between the FBI and LAPD with a primary focus of locating serious criminals around the United States.
After leaving the LAPD, Jeff founded a few successful companies including Swift Jets (Jet Charter Company) SwiftJetsUSA.com. Jeff also founded an armoring company that specializes in light weight armored vehicles for law enforcement, government agencies, celebrities and VIPS.
JOE VEGA, Senior Operational Advisor
Sergeant Major, retired (Ret) Joseph Vega currently serves as the Deputy Director for the National Center for Urban Operations (NCUO) at Ft. Hamilton, NY. The National Center for Urban Operations is a nonpartisan, nonprofit research organization dedicated to providing expertise and insights to leaders operating in dense urban environments in fulfillment of national security, public safety, and urban resiliency goals.
SGM (Ret) Vega’s military career started with 1st/75th Ranger Battalion. He then served in the 7th Special Forces Group as a Sniper and Team Sergeant. During his service with the 7th Special Forces Group, Joe was recruited by a Special Operations Unit known as Delta Force. Joe served for 20 years as a Special Mission Unit Operator in the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment Delta aka Delta Force.
SGM (Ret) Vega served as the Senior Operational Advisor and Co-Founder to the U.S. Asymmetric Warfare Group. He served as one of the primary leads of an Integrated Solution Teams for future conflicts in Multi-Domain Operations to include Subterranean Warfare and Weapons of Mass Destruction.
SGM (Ret) Vega has a wide degree of skill sets including conducting high threat protective services, physical security, and vulnerability assessments across the globe. He currently provides training solutions to military forces and law enforcement worldwide in irregular warfare, counter terrorism, threats to high value assets, and other global security challenges.
RAY, Operational Advisor
Ray is of the few men that has provided close contact protection for 3 US Presidents including former President Trump, former President Obama, and former President Clinton. His background is Presidential Protection, intelligence, organized crime syndicates, gangs, and violent crime mitigation.
Ray is highly respected at the CIA, FBI, Secret Service and State Department.
